OIA Global’s leadership team manages the overarching corporate strategy as well as daily supply chain strategies, leveraging different leadership skills and leadership qualities to influence OIA’s distinct business segments. The executive team works to maximize competitive advantages for not only the organization but also for OIA’s clients.
Chief Executive Officer
Jeffery Barrie has a reputation for transformational leadership within the logistics industry. He has refined his leadership skills over thirty years of collaboration, empowerment, and high performance with diverse, global teams. As OIA Global’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Barrie provides inspired leadership and strategic direction focusing on operational excellence, digitization, and high customer satisfaction. He began his career at Air Express International and BAX Global before ultimately holding several leadership positions at DB Schenker. Previously, Mr. Barrie was DB Schenker’s Chief Executive Officer, USA.
Originally from the U.K., Mr. Barrie graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Chief Financial Officer
Youssef Annali is responsible for the organization’s global financial performance, risk management operations, long-term company strategy, and strengthening the company’s operational performance.
He has extensive leadership experience in creating global supply chain and logistics agendas and initiatives, establishing critical financial and operational performance metrics, and championing operational efficiencies and improvements, significantly contributing to OIA Global’s growth. His experience in M&A, Treasury, and cash management has made an indelible mark on OIA’s organization.
Before OIA, Youssef held a variety of traditional finance and accounting roles before entering the supply chain industry with CEVA Logistics, where he held several global finance leadership positions, eventually serving as CFO, EVP Finance in North America. He has over 20 years of experience working with third-party logistics and has led several crucial transformation initiatives.
Youssef earned a master’s degree in Accounting & Business Controlling from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and obtained his post-masters CPA from the University of Amsterdam.
Chief People Officer
Ingrid Pablo is responsible for developing and executing strategies for OIA Global’s Human Resources (HR) function and aligning business strategies and organizational structures with personnel to achieve organizational goals. Her overarching responsibilities include all human resources functions, programs, and activities, such as talent management, performance management, employee development, retention, and engagement.
Ingrid is passionate about supporting OIA’s diverse and talented workforce and actively partners with the business to maintain a dynamic and inclusive global work environment. Before OIA, Ingrid held several regional HR management roles within the supply chain and logistics industry, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer, USA for DB Schenker.
Ingrid attended Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated cum laude with a BS in Business Administration Management and cum laude with an MS in Human Resource Management. She also speaks three languages, Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and resides in south Florida.
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Todd Earls manages OIA’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) business segment, overseeing SCM’s digitization efforts as it actively pursues technological advancements. SCM is responsible for packaging and materials management services, and Todd’s skillset will help boost the segment’s business intelligence to deliver end-to-end supply chain value for customers.
Todd has more than 25 years of experience in developing and driving IT solutions for enterprise organizations. In his prior role as Chief Information Officer, Todd transformed IT, fostering an open-door culture and delivering data- and service-driven solutions that enhanced customer and employee experiences. He previously held notable positions with Stryker Corporation and Procter & Gamble, also serving as Eaton’s Vice President-IT, where he led the digital productivity team. He is passionate about building highly collaborative teams that execute complex global challenges via transformative solutions.
Todd holds a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
Chief Operating Officer
Brandon is the collaborative, positive, and innovative leader of OIA’s Freight Forwarding business segment. He is a proven leader within OIA, previously transforming the SCM business segment with a dedication to progress, transparency, and recognition.
As COO, he oversees regional Managing Directors, product owners, and various global business services. His role helps drive business growth, optimize daily operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and implement strategic initiatives globally. His role is instrumental in cultivating strong international business relationships while also implementing OIA’s network of trusted agents and partners.
Brandon attended the University of Notre Dame, where he studied Finance.
Managing Director, AMERICAS
Mabel Rodriguez is responsible for the AMERICAS region’s freight forwarding operations, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement teams. She has extensive freight forwarding operations experience in various leadership roles, previously serving as Area Regional Director and Head of Latam Trade for DB Schenker.
Mabel enjoys the supply chain’s fast-paced environment and the interpersonal nature of her work, which delivers new collaborative challenges each day. She has continually expanded the scope of her responsibilities, gaining new knowledge and developing a comprehensive skillset during the process. Mabel has been a licensed customs broker since 1994, with a career in the supply chain industry that spans more than 30 years.
Managing Director, APAC
Bruce Ning manages the APAC (Asia Pacific) region’s operations, business development, and financial performance. He has extensive experience in freight forwarding, supply chain management, and 4PL, as well as expertise in key verticals like fashion, retail, and energy.
Bruce began his career with Panalpina as a Regional Business Development Manager and then held several prominent regional leadership roles for Damco before most recently serving as JAS Forwarding’s Chief Operating Officer in China and Hong Kong. Bruce’s leadership is exemplified by his commitment to making work enjoyable for every employee. He is a visionary with a passion for cultivating talent and driving growth in the supply chain.
Bruce studied at Bath University in the United Kingdom, where he obtained a B.Sc. in Natural Sciences. He is a Hong Kong native who is fluent in English and Chinese, both Mandarin and Cantonese.
Managing Director, EMEA
Miguel Afonso helps to create and implement the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, & Africa) region’s annual operating plan and overall business strategy. His role also supports different business unit leaders with branch enhancements and business development initiatives.
Before OIA, Miguel worked in retail banking for the Royal Bank of Scotland. He joined OIA Global in 2003 as an accounts graduate trainee and has grown with the company ever since, having previously served as Head of Finance, EMEA. In addition to his financial background, Miguel has built a wide-ranging skillset that includes extensive expertise in corporate administration, sales, and freight forwarding operations.
Miguel attended Royal Holloway, University of London, earning a BA in Management and Italian.
VP, Global Head of Ocean Freight
With 20+ years of experience in the maritime industry and freight forwarding, Bilyana DeGeorge carries profound knowledge of international trade, ocean freight management, and related compliance policies. Bilyana established the company’s global ocean freight product structure, and her team now manages its pricing and procurement strategy, implementing standard operating processes across different regions.
With prior managerial experience at DB Schenker and Panalpina, Bilyana is accustomed to building efficient teams with strong internal and external relationships that can design and implement pricing, procurement, and operational strategies that create a foundation for long-term customer success and growth.
Bilyana earned a Masters of Science in Maritime Economics & Logistics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
Global Head, Air Freight
Dale Pearce manages the company’s air freight strategy, sales approach and operational processes. He helped implement a global product organization into OIA, changing the air product’s ownership structure for both procurement and cargo steering. Now, OIA’s dedicated air freight team interacts with clients and core carriers and conducts global air gateway processes with regional execution.
Dale formerly served as Branch Manager in Heathrow where he managed freight forwarding and warehousing operations, and then as U.K. General Manager, making efficiency and EBITDA improvements during his tenure. He has industry experience with DHL and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics as well.
With 20+ years in air logistics, Dale carries extensive knowledge regarding compliance and security processes in the air freight supply chain, including the handling of dangerous goods, pharmaceuticals, high-value items, and other critical aspects.
VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Chris Ashiotes manages OIA Global’s Legal & Risk Department and serves as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors. His dynamic role carries wide-ranging responsibilities and supports all areas of the business: contracts, regulatory compliance, acquisitions, and strategic decision-making. His team ensures that OIA’s activities align with the company’s core values and all relevant, applicable legal standards in international trade.
Prior to OIA, Chris served as VP, General Counsel, Secretary, & Global Compliance Officer at Pilot Freight Services, managing the company’s legal functions and compliance programs while also supporting the executive team in key business initiatives. His efforts contributed to 20+ different acquisitions, aligned Pilot’s compliance programs with industry standards, and ultimately facilitated the company’s sale to A.P. Moller–Maersk in 2022.
Chris has been recognized with several industry honors, including the OnCon ICON Global Corporate Counsel Award (Top 50 Corporate Counsel) in 2023, Modern Counsel’s Legal Influencers: 35 Under 35 in 2022, and The Legal Intelligencer’s In-House Impact Award in 2020.
Chris earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Charlotte School of Law, and a BA in Political Science & Government from Saint Joseph’s University. He also has a certificate in Corporate Compliance & Ethics from New York University and a certificate in Managerial Finance from The London School of Economics & Political Science.
