Global VP, Human Resources
Ingrid Pablo serves as Global Vice President of Human Resources. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing and executing strategies for OIA Global’s Human Resources (HR) function as well as aligning business strategies and organizational structures with talent to achieve organizational goals. Her overarching responsibilities include all human resource functions, programs and activities, such as talent management, performance management, employee development, retention and engagement.
Ingrid is passionate about supporting OIA’s diverse and talented workforce and actively partners with the business to maintain a productive, dynamic and inclusive global work environment. Prior to OIA, Ingrid held several regional HR management roles within the supply chain and logistics industry, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer, USA for DB Schenker.
Ingrid attended Nova Southeastern University where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management and cum laude with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. Ingrid speaks three languages, Spanish, English and Portuguese, and resides in south Florida.
