When life-saving missions depend on the timely movement of goods, behind-the-scenes logistics can make all the difference. OIA Global is proud to support organizations whose outreach brings care and hope to underserved communities worldwide.

This past spring, building on an initiative originally led by JF Moran and now continued as part of OIA Global, our team provided critical logistics support for Operation Hope Medical Missions. This enabled their volunteer medical professionals to deliver free surgical care in Comayagua, Honduras.

Working closely with Operation Hope, we ensured time-sensitive surgical supplies arrived safely at Saint Benedict Joseph Medical Center, allowing the mission to proceed without delays. As a result, the team was able to focus on delivering care to 98 patients through free, life-changing surgeries.

“OIA Global played a crucial role in getting our surgical supplies to the mission hospital in a timely manner,” said Matt Miller, Founder and President of Operation Hope. “We were so blessed by your team. It was such a relief to work with a great Customs broker.” – Matt Miller, Founder and President of Operation Hope

We believe logistics is more than moving goods; it is about moving impact, whether for large corporations or for meaningful missions that change everyday lives. From Central America to East Africa, our team is proud to support nonprofit and humanitarian organizations bringing vital care, supplies, and hope to communities around the world. We look forward to supporting Operation Hope Medical Missions in their upcoming spring mission, helping ensure they can deliver care where it is needed most.

In addition to supporting Operation Hope, OIA Global continues to build on the work originally led by JF Moran by partnering with similar humanitarian organizations. This includes ongoing collaboration with Pastor Windie of Jacksonville, Florida, whose longstanding efforts focus on delivering essential aid to underserved communities. For several years, our team has worked alongside Pastor Windie to facilitate imports supporting his initiatives. Most recently, we guided his team through their first export mission, coordinating the movement of supplies to Zimbabwe and Tanzania through our customs brokerage and freight forwarding services. This effort helped deliver vital goods, including children’s clothing, furniture, books, health supplies, and toys, providing meaningful support to families and communities in need.

The latest of these shipments, a 40-foot container bound for Dar es Salaam Port in Tanzania, will provide essential resources to schools, caregivers, and children across underserved regions. Our team partnered closely with Pastor Windie to navigate logistics planning, documentation, and export compliance to help ensure these important goods reached their destination.

“Helping Pastor Windie complete his first successful export mission is a reflection of the kind of work we are proud to stand behind. These aren’t just boxes, they’re lifelines.” – Johnny DiMasso, OIA Global’s Export Logistics Specialist who facilitated Pastor Windie’s shipment.

Whether handling high-stakes commercial shipments or humanitarian missions, our team brings the same care, compliance, and reliability to facilitate the movement of our clients’ products. We are honored to support Operation Hope, Pastor Windie, and many other organizations that are making a positive impact through global trade.
