​OIA Global Names Ivana Gonzalez Global Compliance Director

As trade regulations continue to evolve in an increasingly complex international environment, OIA Global is strengthening its compliance leadership with the appointment of Ivana Gonzalez as Global Compliance Director. In this role, Ivana will lead the company’s organization-wide trade compliance strategy, governance, and risk management framework across all regions, supporting customers and operations throughout OIA’s international network.

Ivana brings more than a decade of experience in trade compliance and quality governance, with deep expertise in customs brokerage, regulatory strategies, and global compliance programs. Since joining OIA Global four years ago, she has led complex, cross-regional initiatives, helping guide the organization and its customers through periods of increased disruption and regulatory scrutiny.

Under Ivana’s leadership, OIA Global continues to enhance its framework in global trade compliance, reinforcing consitent governance, internal control, and regulatory oversight across all regions. This approach allows OIA’s customers to manage regulatory risk more effectively while navigating complex customs and trade requirements with confidence.
