Chúng tôi làm gì

OIA Global 4PL acts as your dedicated, neutral supply chain management partner—orchestrating carriers, suppliers, and logistics networks on your behalf to deliver measurable improvements in cost, service performance, and resilience.

We assume full accountability of your logistic network’s performance, from strategic carrier governance and network design to daily operational execution and exception resolution. This dynamic eliminates the fragmentation, cost leakage, and visibility gaps that characterize many unmanaged or partially managed logistics environments.

OIA Global 4PL provides structure, governance, and business intelligence to logistics environments that have outgrown internal management capabilities. OIA’s 4PL model can be applied across different industries: healthcareenergyindustrialelectronics, and retail, among others.

Technology & Visibility

OIA Global 4PL deploys an integrated technology platform: combining a multi-modal TMS, a supply chain orchestration layer, and customizable Power BI dashboards. Together, these offer real-time visibility across all freight movements, as well as insights for supplier performance, cost drivers, and exception events, replacing fragmented reporting with a single source of truth.

IT Infrastructure

  • Orkestra is the supply chain orchestration platform that overlays all others, providing detailed visibility on order and shipment statuses.
  • Specific tasks are executed within the appropriate platforms: CargoWise One (CW1), 3GTMS, etc.

Workflow Management: Customizable workflows adapt to each customer’s unique needs and project scope. Continuous analysis and optimization of supply chain processes with a focus on operational excellence and value creation.

Customizable Dashboards: We design specialized PowerBI (or equivalent) dashboards for control tower monitoring of each customer’s unique needs (On-time performance, spend, carbon footprint, etc.)

Integrations: Bi-directional API/EDI integration with preexisting systems (SAP) for order ingestion and status updates. If direct integration is not available, OIA’s track and trace team actively monitors milestones and updates the platform within 24 hours of any event.

Real-Time Visibility

Detailed shipment milestones across all transport modes, with early identification for strategic risk management.

Identify Risks: Predictive milestone management using AI and machine learning to identify risky shipments before delays occur. Customers get advanced notifications, proactive intervention, and faster exception resolution at a lower operational cost.

Centralized Control: Real-time monitoring across all managed shipping activities, including early warnings for potential problems to prevent them from escalating.

  • Unified shipment, PO/Move Order, and item-level tracking visibility (PO/SKU level) linked to GPS tracking of shipments.

Global Control Towers

Our global control tower network operates on a follow-the-sun model, providing continuous oversight of the supply chain regardless of geography, time zone, or complexity—accountability is clearly assigned at every stage.

Each control tower is purpose-configured for the customer, with defined KPIs, structured governance cadences, and real-time escalation protocols, which ensure that performance is measured and issues are resolved before they can escalate.

Structural neutrality as a commercial advantage:

OIA Global 4PL operates independently of any asset-based logistics division. This means carrier and service provider selection is governed exclusively by performance and cost data, not by internal revenue objectives.

For customers, this translates directly into better procurement outcomes, reduced conflict of interest, and a 4PL partner whose commercial incentives are fully aligned with your own.

Operational Planning & Execution

Order Management

Receipt of orders from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, plus validation of ready dates, pickup locations, and site readiness.

Transportation Optimization

  • Consolidations: Collaborate with carriers and suppliers/sites to optimize loads (e.g., multi-stop truckloads, milk runs) to maximize asset utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and route optimization where operationally feasible and consistent with customers’ business rules.

Execution & Booking

  • Managing the shipment plan with the assigned carriers and the customer’s internal stakeholders.
  • Documentation management (BoL, customs paperwork, packing lists, etc.)

Orchestration vs. Execution

OIA’s 4PL organization uses a platform strategy that separates orchestration from execution, resulting in the highest levels of customer satisfaction. A clear separation between customer success and operational excellence offers flexibility and allows customers to use the most suitable tools for specific activities while also ensuring that all stakeholders have access to a single consolidated view through a Control Tower interface.

Customer Success Teams

These control towers focus on reducing costs, managing unexpected operational challenges, anticipating urgent issues, and identifying opportunities for continuous optimization.

Primary interface with the customer

  • Direct engagement with all project stakeholders (suppliers, carriers, on-site teams, etc.)

Exception management

  • Escalation through workflow rules when a delay, documentation issue, route deviation, or site readiness concern is detected
  • Documentation of the exception for RCA and reporting

Shipment planning support and next-business-day (NBD) alignment

  • KPI reporting and analysis
  • Real-time monitoring of milestones
  • Validation of mitigation steps until the shipment is back on plan
  • Site readiness checks

Operational Excellence Teams

These control towers manage high volumes effectively, using previously stated shipping terms.

Execution of standardized shipment processes

  • Document collection & validation
  • Load & route validation aligned to technical SOPs

Tracking & visibility updates

  • Transportation Management System (TMS) updates & milestone management

Continuous Improvement

Structured Cost Optimization

OIA Global 4PL operates against defined annual savings targets, typically in the 5-15% range of overall managed logistics spend.

  • This is achieved through mode conversion, load consolidation, carrier rationalization, and network design improvements.
  • Each optimization initiative is baselined, tracked, and validated, ensuring that savings are real, measurable, and attributable.

Business Rules

Create the necessary standard operating procedures (SOPs) to scale operational efficiencies. All workflow steps are logged to create transparency and an audit trail that supports governance, incident management, and KRA/KPI reporting. Workflows can be tailored to each customer with process-specific requirements.

Tính bền vững

Work to continuously reduce the carbon footprint of your managed logistics network using measurement tools from the GLEC framework. Emissions data is integrated into operational reporting and governance reviews, which enables your organization to make routing and mode decisions with full carbon visibility, satisfy customer and regulatory requirements, and meet ESG commitments.
