OIA Global Names Dale Pearce Head of Global Products

OIA Global has appointed Dale Pearce as Head of Global Products, reflecting OIA’s continued focus on building a more integrated, customer-aligned service organization.
Dale brings more than 20 years of experience in global air and ocean logistics, with deep expertise across product strategy, freight forwarding operations, and commercial execution. As Global Head of Air, he led the company’s global air freight strategy, including sales alignment, operational processes, procurement ownership, and cargo steering.
In his new role, Dale will oversee the company’s Product function, strengthening collaboration between air and ocean product leadership to execute global freight services with clarity, consistency, and scale. His appointment supports OIA’s broader strategy of delivering integrated logistics services while maintaining strong collaboration across product, operations, and commercial teams worldwide.
