Bringing a retail program to life takes coordination across packaging, transportation, and final delivery. When DeWalt needed approximately 5,000 point-of-purchase displays for Home Depot and Lowe’s locations across the U.S., OIA Global brought together packaging design, logistics, warehousing, and distribution to meet tight retail deadlines.

Our teams coordinated display production in China, garment imports from Bangladesh, ocean transportation, customs clearance, and display assembly and packaging. Stronger materials and construction improved the displays’ long-term usability and reusability, while efficient designs helped save retail floor space.
