Location: Portland, OR – December 2017

OIA partnered with Fox 12 Oregon & Les Schwab Tire for their annual toy drive.  OIA employees donated bikes, games, puzzles, electronics, and toys which were distributed to a network of local non-profit agencies.

OIA's Brandy Crase in Portland, OR became an Adopting Angel for a family in need through the Christmas Family Adoption Foundation.  Brandy involved her OIA colleagues to create a positive and memorable holiday by giving gifts, clothing, and necessities for her adopted family.

special olympics state games

Location: Portland, OR – November 2017

OIA volunteered in the 2017 Special Olympics Oregon Fall State Games, presented by Providence Health & Services and the Portland Timbers.  Fall Games are competitions held around the state in the sports of aquatics, bowling, soccer, and volleyball for Special Olympics athletes in Oregon.

Location: Portland, OR – April 2017 - Present

OIA employees partnered with Kiva, an international nonprofit, founded in 2005 and based in San Francisco, with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty. We have already made microloans to Ghana, Pakistan, Colombia, and Cambodia.

Location: Portland, OR – September 2017

OIA Global joined Keen Footwear in their effort to ship 2300 pairs of shoes as relief for victims affected by Hurricane Harvey in Texas. Keen donated the shoes and OIA contributed all the transportation costs. The shoes were distributed to first responders and affected families. Texas Search & Rescue partnered with the Central Texas Foodbank to distribute the products locally.

Location: Miami, FL – March 2017

Breakaway to Key Largo is the largest fundraising Bike MS series in the world. This fundraiser helps drive Multiple Sclerosis (MS) research forward and delivers programs and services to those who face the challenges of MS every day.

Bermondsey Central Hall

Location: OIA Global Europe HW, Wheat Wharf – 21st December 2016

For many years, we have relied on an established pool of donors who care enough about the work that the South London Mission does amongst the poor and disadvantaged people of Bermondsey to make regular donations towards our work and through legacies left in their wills. Our pool of donors is dwindling as time passes and we are in great need of new donors.
