Terms & Conditions

• When assigning a company in the Netherlands to act as your limited fiscal representative, for either a single shipment or on a continuous basis, your shipments are cleared into the European Union on your behalf whilst using the VAT number of the limited fiscal representative
• On the VAT listing of your company, such shipments then have to be registered as intra-community deliveries. For more detailed information, please contact us
• Chargeable volume is calculated on a 1:1000 basis
• Rates are subject to GRI and PSS, when applicable
