All OIA China branches are open, or working remotely for safety precautions, while the majority of companies in China remain closed. Trucking, air, and ocean freight will continue to be impacted as a result of quarantines and manpower shortages. Some facilities do not have the necessary permits to resume work and facilities that are open have limited staff onsite.
