Daniel McMorris

VP, Strategic Initiatives

Daniel McMorris is currently responsible for driving strategic, organization-wide initiatives including visibility & business intelligence, reporting & metrics, strategic planning & budgeting, and acquisition integration. The role is designed to be a functional coordination point between sales, business development, customer service, operations, and finance, as well as a service coordination point across OIA's business segments.

Since joining OIA in 2003, Mr. McMorris has held various positions in marketing, sales, sales management, customer service, engineering, solution design, and operations. He has been successful in driving growth initiatives for the supply chain management team within warehousing, transportation, packaging, and freight forwarding and is now focused on delivering results across the entire organization. Prior to OIA, Mr. McMorris worked for Johnson & Johnson’s McNeil Consumer and Specialty Pharmaceuticals where he was on the brand management teams for Tylenol® products and St. Joseph® aspirin.

Dan holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business and a degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
