OIA Global Logistics uses a network of both home-grown and commercially available systems consisting of Freight Management (FMS), Transportation Management (TMS), Warehouse Management (WMS) and Order Management (OMS) when performing services for our customers. In some cases these systems are connected either with our customer’s system, other OIA internal systems or various partner’s systems in order to provide the solution required. When they are not connected, our customers often require direct access to our systems in order to manage their shipments.

Inside OIA WebTrackerTM, our customers can look up information on a single shipment or track multiple shipments by filtering a number of shipment parameters. They can also access shipping documents, view standard reports, create custom reports, export data into a spreadsheet and view account information.

Order Management>

OIA’s Material Ordering System (MOS) is a distributed order management system that connects networks of businesses together on our customer’s behalf. Our customer’s partners can log into the system to place orders for required material and the system will aggregate these orders together and parse them to the appropriate supplier with a release schedule that meet’s our customer’s needs and the partner’s schedule
