  • Airfreight Forwarding – OIA, through its partnerships with strategically selected air carriers, secures guaranteed space allocations allowing OIA to provide options for fast and reliable transit and complete visibility.  OIA's U.S. gateways and regional office network throughout Asia and Europe positions it to handle any shipment or value add requirement.
  • Ocean Freight Forwarding –As a proven Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) and NVOCC, OIA provides reliable ocean freight service with flexible delivery options to/from all major ports worldwide.  Its services include LCL, consolidation service, FCL shipments and project cargo.  OIA's WebTrackerTM customer interface, provides customers complete visibility to shipments from point-of-origin to point-of-destination.
  • Customs Brokerage– OIA's Customs platform is integrated into our operations platform, providing real-time access to needed documentation, 24/7 and to eliminate unnecessary delays.  OIA offers local and remote entry filing and compliance consultation services.  OIA's procedures are ISO approved and C-TPAT validated.
  • Warehousing & Distribution – OIA operates a range of facilities in the US and Asia to provide customers with the transportation and sourcing of raw materials, timely packaging, retail distribution and on-line order fulfillment.

  • Consultative Services- OIA has a team of experts in international sourcing, supply chain networking, freight load efficiency and quantitative benchmarking.  These experts will evaluate, suggest and help implement long-term strategies to improve the efficiency of your supply chain.
  • Design Services- OIA Creative Packaging has a team of design specialist with years of experience in graphical and structural design and pre-press layout.  Our designers and engineers design the structure, the graphics collaboratively in order to provide you with consistent branding and sustainable packaging globally.  OIA has years of success in carton design for Fortune 1000 brands and can provide creative solutions for your most challenging packaging needs.
  • Project Management-OIA has two groups of Project Managers to service all of your packaging needs.  One group has been uniquely trained to manage graphic, carton, point-of-purchasing design and implementation; the other is skilled setting up and implementing the sourcing, supply chain to the ongoing operation of your network.  The Project Manager Teams work in conjunction with each other to ensure that your solutions optimize the entire supply chain.
  • Sampling- OIA build prototypes using state-of-the-art equipment, color corrected graphics and absolute structural accuracy.  Additionally, your prototypes will be constructed from actual production materials available at our Design center from production regions around the world to provide the look and feel of your final product.
  • Procurement- OIA offers purchasing and kitting services to simplify and streamline the purchase of primary and secondary cartons (MOC's) and supplemental items such as tissue, hang tags, insert cards, labels, etc.  This allows your factories to have a single source for all your packaging needs and to benefit from OIA's regional purchasing strength.
